"Phileas Fogg can be described as being an abstinent, arcane, benignant, burnished, daedal, expeditious, fecund, hyperopic, indomitable, intrepid, magnanimous, stolid, reserved, untoady, wanderlustuous, well-mannered gentleman."

Surely Michael Pallin's 1988 adventure warrants a mention?
