Jagr is the captain

Jagr was named Omsk's captain earlier this season. Stop changing it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.2.162.187 (talk) 22:05, 5 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No he wasn't.--Lvivske (talk) 02:42, 6 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

this whole article is the most disrespectful thing i've ever read. i just fixed some of the bullshit but i dont even understand why anyone would write not factual evidence, complete rumors about a dead boy who did nothing to deserve what happened to him. although he was playing in omsk, cherepanov was still part of the rangers organization and went through many many tests with many doctors to make sure he was in perfect physical condition, and that includes not taking steroids. clearly whoever wrote this doesn't know much about hockey either because steroids do not help hockey players, at least not in the areas that cherepanov excelled in. there are no steroids anywhere in this world that give u such an accurate shot or make you such an amazing teammate. second of all. he had a heart ischemia not whatever it is that was on here before i changed it. it is uncommon in such a young man but apparently still happens. thank god cherepanovs family doesn't read english and hopefully doesn't know what wikipedia even is because if your gonna go and write something about a hero to a lot of people in one of the greatest countrys ever, playing the greatest sport ever, get your facts straight and have some respect for his entire team, his family and friends, his fans and himself. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.196.66.66 (talk) 20:56, 17 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have reverted your changed. You blatantly made changed in accordance to your own personal biases / disbelief on the events that took place. All statements in the article are clearly sourced. Also, if you can read, you would notice no mention of steroids are in the article - as he was taking a stimulant. If you don't see how stimulants can act as a performance enhancer for a hockey player, then god help you.--Lvivske (talk) 00:04, 18 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Jagr is the alternate captain, and can someone please change the jerseys on the page?, those are from last year
