She is the daughter of the radio host Casey Kasem and his first wife, Linda Myers Kasem, a Republican Party fund raiser. As a personality, producer and writer, she's made her mark all across radio and television.

Besides anchoring her own show, “The Kerri Kasem Podcast,” Kerri showcased her love of motorcycles as co-host of “Racing Rocks” with Riki Rachtman, for almost 7 years. She also helps dish out real estate advice as host of the syndicated “The Mortgage Radio Show.” You've seen her on E! Network's “Coming Attractions,” MTV, Spike TV's ”Ultimate Knockouts,” SiTV's “The Rub,” “Hannity and Colmes,” and “American's Funniest Home Videos.” What does Kerri Kasem do after Sixx Sense? Along with her TV shows Kerri worked on radio shows such as; "Racing Rocks," syndicated on over 120 stations, the "National Lampoon Comedy Countdown", "The Solomon Free Money Hour," "Pet Talk" and as co-host to Alan Stock on KXNT 840 AM in Las Vegas for a morning radio talk show from 5am-9am US Pacific Time weekdays (KXNT.COM). She left KXNT in August 2007 for TV and Radio in Los Angeles.

Kasem was picked as a co-host for the Premiere Radio Networks shows Sixx Sense and The Side Show Countdown, alongside famous bass guitarist Nikki Sixx, which began in early 2010. In doing so, she effectively follows in her father Casey's footsteps, as Casey's countdown shows were also syndicated through Premiere until his retirement in July 2009.
