Mixed-NOCs and Mixed team

Please don't change this unilaterally without discussion. The official term used by organisers was "Mixed-NOC team', and there was an extensive discussion last year on how to treat this on wikipedia. The current (mixed-NOCs) term is the consensus and should not be chagned simply on anyone's whim. If you want to challenge this, you should start a new discussion.
