Dustin Rowe (born September 23, 1975) is the City Attorney and one-time Mayor of Tishomingo, a city of about 3,000 people in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. He was elected on October 5th, 1993, as an 18-year old high school student, making him one of the youngest mayors in United States history.

Rowe served as mayor for two terms. He currently is the City Attorney for Tishomingo[1], operates his own law firm, and is a judge with the Chickasaw Nation.[2]

In 2011, Rowe formed an exploratory committee to decide whether to run for Oklahoma's 2nd congressional district after sitting Congressman Dan Boren (D-Muskogee) announced his retirement.[3]
