Yasmin Siraj (born July 30, 1996) is an American figure skater. She is the 2010 U.S. junior silver medalist.

Career

Siraj began skating at the age of two after following her sister Layla to learn-to-skate classes.[1]

She won the silver medal at the U.S. Junior Championships in 2010. The following year she made her senior national debut. She finished 8th at the 2011 U.S. Championships.

Personal life

In addition to skating, Siraj is also a competitive pianist.[2]

Her mother is an architect of Iranian descent,and her father is managing director of a financial services company, of Saudi Arabian background.[3]
