Šeki Turković was born in Krnja Jela, a small village in Sjenica, in south western Serbia. Šeki's real name is "Šućro", he uses "Šeki", for ease of pronouciation and practicality. Šeki is a turbo - folk singer in Serbia, but he is very popular in Bosnia - Hercegovina, as well as Croatia too. He has been singing since the 80's. He is part of the Islamic faith. His hits include: "Spomenar, Poslednji Boem, Ljubav je tvoje ime" and many more.
