Akonir Namghar (Assamese অকণিৰ নামঘৰ) is a premier organisation to develop interest in young minds about "Eka Sarana Hari Naam Dharma", propagated by Srimanta Sankardev, a great Vaishnavite Saint of India. Smt. Arati Das Founded on 23rd January 2004. Our main mission is to spread the message of Gurujana among children.
We have Sattriya Sangeet Vidyalaya (affiliated to Asom Satra Mahasabha) run by Guru Govinda Mahanta. One can learn Khol, Taal Sattriya Nritya, etc.
