Bob Rennie

Bob Rennie is a real estate marketer based in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is the owner and founder of Rennie Marketing Systems, which is Vancouver's largest real estate firm[1]. He is known colloquially as the "condo king"[2]
Life
Rennie was raised in East Vancouver.
Since 2004, he has accumulated over two hundred parking tickets[3].
Projects
He has marketed such high profile projects as Woodward's Building, Living Shangri-La and Vancouver's 2010 Olympic Village. Throughout his industrious career, he has worked on projects with Peter Wall and ex-politician Jim Green.
Arts
Rennie has his own art gallery in Chinatown's Wing Sang building, the oldest building in Chinatown. On top of the gallery is an art piece by world-renowned artist Martin Creed. Rennie also sits on the Board of Director's of the Tate Modern in London[4].
