Welcome Page

Hello, It dosnt matter if you dont want it but I made you a welcome page - User:Birdstothewind/welcomepage. It could replace the current userpage then the page youre creating now could be the about page? Let me know if youre interested Aviation^Expert ✈ (talk) 13:25, 4 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Here is a user page I have design using your user boxes if you decide to use it you should change to latin gibberish to an about you section http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Birdstothewind/about also I have seen some of your contributions and have decided that the next lesson I was planning is not needed. If you like I will tell you how to make a userbox? Also I have set up archiving so thinks posted on your user page over 7 days old will be moved to an archive (please dont remove top code, feel free to remove the userbox though.) I just looked through it all properly, its really good! Thank you so so so much for doing this, I've always found it so confusing. I will probably move the design over to the main user page as I want it to be the first thing thats seen, and I cant get my signature to redirect to the about page. Making a user box

Ok this is the code all you need to do is change the colours so for border-c = you just need to google html colour codes and find the code for the colour you want , id is the thing on the left ( you can insert image) and info is message. Also when making it you will need to make new page User:Birdstothewind/userbox/NAME OF USERBOX its simple then for the userbox page this will be a page where they all appear you need to put the following

I have pre put the code for the userbox page so now all you need to put is name of user box in usbk

I noticed you have been welcoming and I thought you might like to start using twinkle as it is so much easier to do with twinkle you can also mark bad articles (spam, advertising)with the speedy deletion tag with it but when you have time before I set twinkle up for you I recommend you answer the questions here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:The.aviation.expert/adopt when you have time Aviation^Expert ✈ (talk) 19:48, 6 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I will try out the userbox making this weekend when I have a bit more time. I was actually looking up Twinkle the other day and it seems all-right, so I wouldn't mind using it.
