Proposed page move

If Mohamed Ibrahim Warsame is generally known as Hadrawi, then I propose we re-name this article to the latter. (Much in the same way that Eric Blair is generally known as George Orwell, or Paul Hewson as Bono.) The article needs substantial copyediting. I've added the {{copyedit}} tag as I can't address this myself right now. Did some major copy-edit, but since I've never heard of this guy I might have gotten a bunch of stuff wrong. In particular, it was not clear to me what was meant by "liberation of Somalia" (I assume the author meant Somali independence??).
