Pelham Bell Pottinger is the third biggest financial public relations company in the UK by volume of clients, according to the Morningstar, Inc (formerly Hemscott[1]) financial data group[2][3]. It is a subsidiary of Bell Pottinger Group[4], the public relations consultancy founded by Lord Bell and Piers Pottinger, which has been ranked number one for the past four years in PR Week magazine's league tables[5][6]. Bell Pottinger is itself a subsidiary of Chime Communications[7]. The company was formed in 2009 by the merger of Bell Pottinger Corporate & Financial and a competitor, Pelham PR, which had been founded in 2004[8]. In its merged form it is run by Pelham’s founder and managing director, James Henderson[9][10].

Clients

The company claims to have 150 clients including Imperial Tobacco, Kurt Geiger, Mulberry, Premier Oil, Qatar Holding, Richemont, TalkTalk, Temasek Holdings, Theo Fennell, TPG, Waitrose and Williams Grand Prix Holding[11][12].
