HRH Prince Khaled bin Talal bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud (Arabic: خالد بن طلال بن عبد العزيز آل سعود) (born 10 January 1962) is a member of the Saudi Royal Family, brother of Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal,[1] sons of Princess Mona El-Solh daughter of Riad El-Solh the first Prime Minister of modern Lebanon. He is Prince Talal bin Abdul Aziz's third son.

In October 2011, Talal offered $900,000 to anyone kidnapping an Israeli soldier.[1]
