Jiří Pospíšil (born on 24 November 1975 in Chomutov) is a Czech politician, who serves as a member of the Chamber of Deputies and Justice Minister, he already occupied the seat from 2006 to 2009. He is the youngest person to hold this position in the country's history.
In 1999, he graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of West Bohemia. Between 2009-2010, he was the Dean of the same faculty. Since 2010 he became again Justice Minister in the Government of Petr Nečas.
