Yudelquis Maridalin Contreras (born March 27, 1986) is a Dominican Republican female weightlifter.[1]

At the 2005 World Weightlifting Championships she won the bronze medal in the 53 kg category, lifting 211 kg in total.

Her personal best lift is 211 kg, almost exactly four times her own body weight. She competed in the women's 53 kg class at the 2008 Summer Olympic Games in Beijing. She stands at 5 ft 1 inches.
