To convert a video to .ogg:

Export the video to an .mpeg4. Choose size 320x240 or 640x480. Save to desktop.

Navigate to www.theora.org. Choose downloads. Look for Theora software encoders. Choose Mac Simple Theora Encoder and download it.

Open the Theora Encoder (search INQ). Choose file, encode as an .ogg file.
