The page Levels Gym has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appeared to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group or service and which is unlikely to be suitable for an article (or at best would need a fundamental rewrite). Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. [edit]

Another user proposed deletion of the Levels Gym photos on commons. Although, I disagree with their deletion rationale ("photos of non-notable business"), I find these photos unacceptable for a different reason. You credited the photos to Bruce Tanner, but you obviously aren't Bruce Tanner. Only the author, or the legal rights holder (like a copyright management agency) can release photographs under a free license. There are two ways to keep the photographs:

  • Request Mr. Tanner to send an e-mail release-of-rights as described in commons:commons:OTRS;
  • Or, even better, re-take the images yourself, at better quality, better resolution etc. - and then rightfully claim your copyright and a free license of your choice.
