In my opinion, yes, It should be counted as a notable award because only 40% is voting and 60% was other like charts, just like this recent award to b1a4 it was the kpop wave smt and it all based on votes and Wikipedia let it be a notable award. Yes, I think so too. This award was ment to be notable. Award Wave K Super Rookies( http://en.korea.com/event/5455/vote-for-wave-k-super-rookies-for-2012/?action=result&votecat=rookies-wk2011 ) was counted as a notable award and it was also a fan poll.
