Long time no see :)

I've few doubts/issues about ur article

There's a similar article Government spending which is closely related to ur article, I'm still confused why we need two articles on this.
"Increase in public revenue- with rise in public expenditure government is bound to increase the public expenditure." - it's confusing, fix it!
The table "Trends of patterns of government expenditure" is not generic, if I'm not wrong it's specific to India but your article is generic and applies to any economy or government, so in short specify that it's of India.
Add see also or Related section

Apart form the above points ur article looks great, diagrams are cool and ur efforts are very much appreciated.
