Patricia Ann Dodd (born April 7, 1948 in Toronto) was a ice skater who competed in ladies singles for Great Britain. She won the gold medal at the British Figure Skating Championships three straight times, from 1969 to 1971. She finished 15th at the 1968 Winter Olympics. Other notable results included an 8th place finish at the World Figure Skating Championships in 1969 and 6th place at the European Figure Skating Championships in 1970 and 1971.
