John Sankey (drummer)
John Gerard Sankey (born July 21) is an Australian heavy metal Drummer, who now lives in Los Angeles, USA. Sankey's main band is Devolved but he has also worked with numerous other bands including Divine Heresy and more recently metal heavyweights Fear Factory. Sankey is known in the drum community as a very accomplished technical metal drummer whose speed and style make him one of the genres stand out musicians. He recently announced a new project he is a member of called Throne Of Ashes. Sankey is endorsed by Sabian cymbals, Spaun Drums, Pro-Mark drumsticks, Aquarian drum heads and Axis drum pedals.
