Acquisitions

ZSL has made several acquisitions over the years. In 2004 it acquired IMPEKsoft and JDAN Systems.[5] In 2007 it acquired EWAK Soft.[6] In 2007 it aquired UK based insurance software provider, Anodas Software.[7] In 2008 it acquired Ducont FZ, a mobile and wireless solutions provide based in Dubai, for $7.5 million.[8] In 2010 it acquired Brainhunter, a Canadian IT consulting and engineering staffing services company, for $33 million.[9]
