History

Zylog Systems Limited namely ZSL in USA and Zylog in other geographies was established in 1995 by Sudarshan Venkataraman. The company is a CMMI certified provider of Onshore, Offshore & Near shore technology solutions and services to enterprises & technology companies across the globe and is a Public Limited Company, listed in the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE 532883) and National Stock Exchange (NSE ZYLOG) in India. Offices

Acquisitions

ZSL has made several acquisitions over the years. In 2004 it acquired IMPEKsoft and JDAN Systems.[6] In 2007 it acquired EWAK Soft.[7] In 2007 it aquired UK based insurance software provider, Anodas Software.[8] In 2008 it acquired Ducont FZ, a mobile and wireless solutions provide based in Dubai, for $7.5 million.[9] In 2010 it acquired Brainhunter, a Canadian IT consulting and engineering staffing services company, for $33 million.[10]

Innovation and R&D - IDEA-Lab

IDEA Lab is the Innovation, Research and Development Center of ZSL founded in 2007 to provide Research & Development, Product Development, Engineering and Re-engineering Services to SIs, SPs ISVs and VARs globally.

IDEA Lab assists ISVs, SIs, SPs and VARs in Product Engineering and Product Life Cycle Management and provides end-to-end services from conceptualizing, design, initial development and feature enhancement needs of a product.[11]

Get IT Together Partner Program

ZSL has a partnership program specifically designed for VARs, ISVs, SIs, SPs, namely, Get IT Together, which provides them Onshore and/or Offshore Components to both supplement and value-add their service capabilities. The Partner Program offers a great ecosystem for SIs, SPs, VARs and ISVs to resell, deploy and support ZSL’s software and services worldwide in a collaborative business model. ZSL through its Get IT Together Partner program extends Pre-sales support, Post-sales support, Technical support, Marketing Support, Cross-Selling Opportunities, Rules of Engagement for Managing Partner Channels in Opportunity Managements and Handling.
