Is release date correct?

A flyer included in the Blu-Ray box for Great Fairy Rescue says release is Fall 2012, not 2011. 68.146.81.123 (talk) 16:46, 29 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

File:Tinkerbell5.png Nominated for speedy Deletion

An image used in this article, File:Tinkerbell5.png, has been nominated for speedy deletion at Wikimedia Commons for the following reason: Copyright violations
What should I do?

Don't panic; deletions can take a little longer at Commons than they do on Wikipedia. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion (although please review Commons guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.

  • If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
  • If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.
  • If the image has already been deleted you may want to try Commons Undeletion Request

You sure about the title change?

Because I thought I heard that Secret of the Wings was going to be a completely different separate movie? - Jasonbres (talk) 18:56, 28 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

What this source describes (same trailer, different title) seems to confirm that they're the same movie. However it seems to indicate that there's no "Tinker Bell" in the title. -Jason A. Quest (talk) 19:15, 28 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Release and Music Sections

I was thinking about adding a release section to this article, specifically calling attention to the release date and the fact that the film is being released in 3-D. Because the film is a directed DVD release, I don't think that it is necessary to add a home media section. Also, I think we should remove the music section, because there are no sources. I searched around and couldn't find any relevant information related to the soundtrack.

Typically I would go ahead and make these changes, but I have a WP:COI working on this article. I am aware of the Wikipedia community's policies regarding WP:NPOV, and I wanted to get a second opinion first. If I don't hear from anyone within the next couple days, I will proceed under the impression that these edits are acceptable.

Went ahead and made these edits, as well as a few other minor changes. If anyone has any additional changes, feel free to chime in!

Theatrical Release?

This poster on IMP Awards seems to suggest the film will be released in theaters, somewhere. Thoughts? --J.Severe (talk) 00:29, 16 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Soundtrack iTunes Release Date

Hi guys

I an a HUGE Bellarina (Bella Thorne Fan) so I couldn't help wanting to read the section that had her name in it.

It was the music section as you may know.

So I was wondering n"what is the soundtracks iTunes release date"

Can we add it to the artical please??? — Preceding unsigned comment added by BellaFan262 (talkcontribs) 21:01, 9 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Predictable Criticisms

I've noticed Periwinkle looks like a boy from the chin up, and looks hermaphroditic from the neck down. You can only tell it's female by the waist curvature, and the fashion. But, the fashion is also something a male homosexual, or a gender-confused male (notice I am saying homosexuals and gender-confused folks are two seperate groups of people, because they factually are, and I am not trying to deny homosexuality is biological, so no insult intended) might wear, so it's actually just the waist indicating a female. And, it also so happens that a common type of hermaphrodite, considered male, not considered female, has a greater WHR than males should; which can make a person, considered male, look like Periwinkle. When you have Tinkerbell and Periwinkle together, they emphasize each other's deformities from the artists' not getting the proportions of either character right. The deformities are so extreme you can't just chalk it up to stylizing, they really messed up. And, together, they clearly have a lesbian couple or sexually experimenting bi-curious couple vibe that is not appropriate for children under 13 at all, because there should not be a sexual vibe between characters as opposed to innocent crushes/flirtations. Then toss in on all of this... They named the hermaphroditic character "Periwinkle," which is masculine, not feminine. Heck, it's natural nickname is "Peri," which I would hope we all know is 100% a boy's name. So, they actually did this on purpose, which makes for yet another inappropriate hidden message in an animated Disney movie. They have intentionally implied sexual experimentation. Whoever's bright idea it was is a pedophile, because non-pedophiles do not try to groom children to engage in sexual experimentation of any kind.
