Devita Saraf (देवीता सराफ in Devanagari, born 25 June 1981 in Mumbai,Maharashtra[3] is the Founder and CEO of Vu Technologies.[4][5] Devita's father Raj Saraf[6] is the Chairman and CEO of Zenith Computers LTD and brother Akash Saraf[7] CEO of Zenith Infotech. The Topper Laptop, Power of Seven Laptop range, Infotainer II, Multiply and the Topper Desktop are some of Zenith’s products launched under her leadership.[8]
Education
Saraf went to school at Queen Mary School, Mumbai. She later went to the H.R. College of Commerce and Economics and attended University of Southern California where she graduated in Bachelors of Business Administration in 2003. She also took summer courses at Management of Technology, University of California, (Berkeley). She also pursued Game theory and Strategic Thinking from London School of Economics[9]
Business Life
Saraf started her career at the age of 16[10] when she started training under her father at Zenith Computers Ltd. Saraf become the Director of Marketing for Zenith Computers Ltd at the age of 21[11][12]
Vu Technologies
In 2006, Saraf launched Vu Technologies.[13] Over the years, Saraf has helped Vu Technologies develop a product range that includes Intelligent TVs, Waterproof LCDs, Car TVs, video walls, LED,[14] LCD,[15] 3D Camera[16] and touch-screen products.[17]
