Be careful. I did not say that are never named. I say they are not to be named as there is only provision to name MTS. However, subregional centers have the right to name them as MTS even when RSMC disagrees. Joel and Dando only demonstrate the disagreement between subregional centers and RSMC, which is already stated in the paragraph.165.125.180.10 (talk) 02:45, 17 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Joel and Dando are just a small fraction of the disprency between subregional centers and RSMC. There had been a lot more named subtropical system/TD and unnamed MTS in the past. It is impossible to claim whether a type of system is always named or always not named. However, it's possible to claim whether a type of system is to be named or not to be named.
