The Toronto Toros were an ice hockey team based out of Toronto that played in the World Hockey Association and were owned by John F. Bassett. They played from 1973 to 1976 . Their home ice was Varsity Arena and Maple Leaf Gardens. The franchise was previously known as the Ottawa Nationals and later the Birmingham Bulls.
