Requests for registration

Please read the guide on the main page before requesting permission. In applying for AWB access, you indicate that you will abide by its terms.

Also, this page is for requesting AWB Access for this wiki (English Wikipedia) only. Other projects have their own check pages and you should ask administrators there to add you.

Please add your name to the bottom of the list using *{{AWBUser|your username}} ~~~~~. Enter your user name exactly as it is, do not add underscores instead of spaces or change the case of the first letter.

If the list contains undecided entries that are over 48 hours old, please add {{Admin backlog}} to the top of this page.

Note that users with under 500 mainspace non-automated edits are rarely approved. You only need to give a reason for wanting AWB access if you have fewer than 500 mainspace non-automated edits.

If approved, your name will be added to the CheckPage.

Users

Plural of Prius. Although I guess I should not have made that edit, as the plural is disputed. W.D. 18:31, 7 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
It shows a sense of humour, but your statement is correct! Graeme Bartlett (talk) 11:26, 8 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
So is it a yes or a no? :-) W.D. 16:35, 11 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I am awaiting you getting up to 400 non revert edits. Would you like to lose rollback for a while to concentrate on fixing? Graeme Bartlett (talk) 21:32, 11 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Apologies - I thought I had over 500. I am looking to use AWB as part of a page rename to change a large number of links to the page elsewhere on Wikipedia. I can wait until once I have over 500 if you would prefer. Adamiow (talk) 12:08, 4 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
There's WP:AWB/TA if you want to request a task for AWB users to do. • Jesse V.(talk) 19:47, 4 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, thanks. I will use that and then put in a request when I am over 500. Thanks for all your help. Adamiow (talk) 20:28, 4 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I now have 500 in the mainspace - could I put in a new request? Thanks. Adamiow (talk) 23:06, 5 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Not done - User put in a new request (below) -- Cheers, Riley Huntley talk 04:51, 10 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
