No reference was provided to a source for these instructions.

Section has been removed for two reasons: no supporting references supplied, and quite frankly these instructions make no sense. Why would anyone remove the fuze assembly? Applying an open flame "in combat" is not going to be faster, simpler or less obtrusive than simply using the existing fuze assembly.
