Hello there. Thanks for your note on my talk page. I've gone through the article draft to edit for encyclopedic style and tone, e.g. removing "renowned", "acclaimed" etc. and references to the subject as "Ms. Gerdes". I've removed the "Awards and nominations" section as they are non-notable awards from websites with reader voting for self-nominations, e.g. [1], and are not independently referenced. I've also formatted the remaining references. I'll leave it to another editor to formally review the draft. However, my assessment is that unfortunately, the subject doesn't yet pass our criteria for notability. WP:BAND lays out the requirements in more detail, but the main problem is the lack of significant coverage of the subject in reliable sources which are completely independent of her.
