UK Blak is the debut album by Grammy winner Caron Wheeler. Caron was Born in England and raised in Jamaica. She achieved fame with the British band Soul II Soul.
In 1990, she left Soul II Soul to pursue a solo career. Shortly after leaving the group, she secured a contract with RCA/EMI Records. The album charted well in the United
Kingdom with the help of it's first single ‘Livin' In The Light’.
This album was made with loving thoughts of Martin Shure, and inspired by Skakti Gawain and Marvin Gaye.
