  • You took the words out of my mouth, "CIA says it's true, don't necessarily believe it.". The CIA is an agency which is known for it's manipulation of facts and can not be regarded as reliable. I have rephrased the sentence a little in order to make it clear the the "design" of the flag was officially adopted and not the tones of color.
