False positive on Erico B. Aumentado

Says it signed my edits, apparently on the page itself. I didn't. — WylieCoyote 04:50, 26 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

You're right, that was a false positive. Sorry about that! This is the edit that introduced the signature into the article. The bot mistakenly reverted when you saved the page with the signature intact; it should instead tagged that for manual cleanup and not reverted or notified you. I've made a change so that it won't do that again. Thanks for reporting it. 28bytes alt (talk) 05:29, 26 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Partial false positive at Director of Central Intelligence

Hi. This was a tricky edit. I'm not sure the bot was wrong, per se, but the IP editor's removal was correct, if not flawless. --MZMcBride (talk) 15:57, 8 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for letting me know; I'll give some thought as to whether and how that could be fine-tuned. 28bytes (talk) 16:57, 8 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

False positive on Jellyfish

Not just a false positive, your bot also restored the vandalism that I had just removed. Chris the speller yack 02:02, 18 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Are you sure about that? It looks like your edit actually reintroduced the vandalism, and the bot fixed it. Perhaps I am missing something? 28bytes (talk) 06:44, 18 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
No, you're not missing anything. My edit did reintroduce the vandalism. Another editor had just fixed it, and when I went to the edit history, I clicked "undo" on the wrong line, not seeing that the last edit was the fix, not the vandalism. My goof. Sorry for the false alarm. Chris the speller yack 14:43, 18 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
No worries! I've done the same thing myself once or twice. 28bytes (talk) 15:20, 18 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

including similarity to a hollywood movie released in 1986.

Sorry about editing without logging in. I wasn't trying to vandalize the page. I have added references too. Z16bsr2 (talk) 06:27, 21 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
