The Keystone Power Plant, owned by Reliant Energy, is located in Shelocta, Pennsylvania, just 9 miles upwind from Indiana, Pennsylvania which has the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

It is the #4 emitter of mercury in the USA.

Pollution

The Keystone plant emitted 1800 pounds of mercury in 2001.
