Ludovic Mercier (born November 1, 1976) is a French rugby union footballer.

He is a a fly half. He was one of the quickest players in history to 500 Premiership points; his goal-kicking and place kicking are particular strengths.

He returned to Gloucester RFC in 2005 after a spell in France.
