72% of all the biographies in English Wikipedia are about people who lived in the 20th century (1901-2000). 99.66% lived in the 2nd millennium (1001-2000).

The most populated categories are 1980s years, with about 9,000+ biographies each one.

If we use that level of notability and completeness, from year 1 to year 2000 we would have 9000 * 2000 = 18,000,000 biographies. Currently we have only 728,971 biographies (4.05% of 18M).

The biographies numbers are the births categories sum for that date range.
