James Martin "Arg" Argent (born 5 December 1987 in Waltham Forest) is a English singer , actor, and radio host. He was born in Waltham Forest, Greater London UK. Arg appeared in ITV2's The Only Way is Essex in Series 1 in 2010. He split up with Lydia Bright and Gemma Collins. He said he was born in 1987 not '88 on his autobiography. As a radio host he joined Hospital Radio. He is half Irish descent.

Early life

James Argent was born on 5 December 1987 in Waltham Forest, Essex in England of Irish ancestry . In 2002 Arg was 16 who won a The Kenny Award at Essex's answer for Oscar theatres. He was also attended at Catholic high school in Woodford with Form T. He is the son of Martin and Patricia Argent. In 1992 when he was four years old, Arg moved to Essex with his parents

Personal life

James Argent had gone on a date with model Shannon Brennan in February 2013. He had friends Joey Essex, Tom Pearce and Diags Bennewith. He is also a fan of the Rat Pack and including Frank Sinatra's songs. After 2012 he splited with Lydia Rose Bright, Arg and his now ex-girlfriend Gemma Collins went on holiday to Turkey with his niece in July 2012. In October 2012, he then split with Gemma Collins. He said "I'm part Irish and a Catholic" and attended Catholic School in Woodford. Argent began acting and singing in 2002 after winning The Kenny Award at Kenneth More Theatre in Ilford, Essex.

Career

The Only Way is Essex

Since becoming a member in ITV2's reality TV series The Only Way Is Essex in 2010. He had appeared in Series 1 with his ex-girlfriend Lydia Bright, who also appeared in Series 2. He is also best friends with fellow TOWIE cast member Mark Wright. Finally he opened his own theatre during at the studios in Essex on TOWIE Live in December 2012.

Loose Women

He has also appeared in Loose Women in 2011-13. Since Arg had performed Frankie Valli's song Can't Take My Eyes Off You and Frank Sinatra's That's Life.
