Eric Winston Ludy (born December 17, 1970) is a bestselling author, internationally-recognized speaker and president of Ellerslie Mission Society. He is also the senior pastor at the Church at Ellerslie and the lead instructor at Ellerslie Leadership Training in Windsor, Colorado. Since the mid-nineties, Ludy has been a speaker at hundreds of conferences, colleges, and events, as well as a guest on many popular media venues. Ludy is the author of more than a dozen books, many of which were co-authored by his wife, Leslie Ludy. The Ludys' books have sold well over a million copies in the United States and have been translated into over a dozen different languages and circulated widely throughout the world.

Eric Ludy's name rarely is said without mention of his wife, Leslie Ludy. The two were married in December 1994 in Denver, Colorado. Their love story garnered much attention from the Christian community and was detailed in their book When Dreams Come True.[1]

Eric Ludy’s first book was published when he was 24 years old. From that point forward Ludy began traveling around the world, speaking on the principles of the Christian life.[2] Over a three year period from 2005 to 2008, Ludy, along with his wife, Leslie, wrote 11 books. It was in this season that Ludy fine-tuned his articulation of his core message of entire consecration to Jesus Christ, the total trustworthiness and sufficiency of Scripture, and the life-altering power found in the message of the Gospel. Ludy's books and teachings are used in Christian training curriculums by organizations such as CareNet, Youth With A Mission, and Compassion International.[3]

In 2009, Ludy took the helm at Ellerslie Mission Society and launched Ellerslie Leadership Training, of which he is president.[4]

Eric and Leslie have six children; Hudson, born in December 2004; Harper, adopted from Korea in July 2007; Kipling, adopted domestically in November 2008, Avonlea, born in June 2009; and Lily and Rees, twins adopted from Haiti in 2012. Four of the Ludy’s six children are adopted and this strong support of adoption and orphan rescue has been a hallmark of Eric Ludy’s ministry and life.[5]
