Calyx or Calyce (plural "calyces"), from the Latin calyx which itself comes from the Ancient Greek κάλυξ meaning "husk" or "pod", may refer to:

  • Major calyx, the convergence of two or three minor calyxes in the kidney
  • Minor calyx, a calyx in the kidney that surrounds the apex of the renal pyramids
  • Calyx of Held, a large synapse in the auditory brainstem structure
  • Calyx (anatomy), the crown of a crinoid
  • Calyx, the collective name for sepals of a flower
  • Eubela calyx, species of sea snail
