Christian Lopez (born 15 March 1953 in Aïn Témouchent, Algeria) is a retired French international footballer who played as a defender.

He earned 39 caps and scored one goal for the France national football team from 1975 to 1982, participating in two World Cups (1978 and 1982). During his career he played for AS Saint-Étienne (1969–82) and Toulouse FC (1982–85).
