- retarget to Sane per nom, it's been a disambiguation page for a long time, and a link to the disambiguation page for a long time, so the disambiguation page redirect should be restored.
- rename talk:SANE/Old history to Committee for a SANE Nuclear Policy which has no significant edit history, so that the edit history is kept at a usable redirect name, instead of hidden somewhere in the attic.
