Qetsiyah

Qetsiyah, now known as Tessa is a character featured on the famous CW television series, The Vampire Diaries.

She was an extremely powerful witch which was notable for creating The Immortality Spell that was later used to create the entire race of vampires in the Vampire Diaries universe.

Qetsiyah was also a member of the Bennett Family of witches and was the distant ancestor of Bonnie Bennett.

The character is played by the actress Janina Gavankar.

In the Television Series

Qetsiyah is first physically featured in season five of the Vampire Diaries TV series, but the character was talked about in the previous season of the show.

Qetsiyah is first talked about by a college proffesor in a story he is telling them about a man who seeked to be immortal, so, him being a warlock, deviced a plan to create a spell that would give him eternal life.
