Pine River Capital Management
This article needs attention from an expert in Finance. The specific problem is: The article doesn't cover Pine River Capital's most critical contribution to securitization. In 2009 it was the first to form a REIT that was formed through a merger with a special purpose acquisition company. The subject Pine River is insufficiently covered on this note and its contributions towards shaping the current MBS market as it exists today were real and substantial. This article wasn't written in a way that covers the subject properly. It needs an expert on the subject..(January 2014) |
