Imitation and flattery

They say that "imitation is the sincerest form of flattery," but in this case, I think you really need to examine your recent edits to your user and user talk pages. You've copied the header sections of both my user talk page and my user talk page as well as the edit notices for both pages. You have not customized the text or graphics very much, so it looks like you are impersonating me. I would please ask you to either change the text and graphics to individualize them to yourself, or you should discontinue their usages.

On a side note, you've violated my copyright to the text and overall designs of these elements. While all of our edits to Wikipedia are made under free content licenses (currently the GFDL and CC-BY-SA-3.0), those licenses require attribution to the source of the content. You'll want to read Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia for further information, but in short, you've violated my copyrights to the BGS-inspired design of my page headers because you have attributed me as the source for those designs. So please, just customize them already to remove the Michigan-specific references (I-296 and M-28) and things. I'm more concerned that you're either impersonating me, or that people will start to confuse you for me. Imzadi 1979  18:58, 2 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Ping. A reply would be appropriate. Also, you shouldn't set your archiving to 48 hours like mine if you aren't active on a daily basis. The usual default is a month on WikiProject pages, and maybe as low as seven days on user talk pages
Also, you're displaying top icons on your user page that state you maintain user rights you do not have. You do not have the rollback permission, you do not have the template-editor permission, you do not have the MassMessage sender permission, you are not autopatrolled, you are not a reviewer, and you do not have file mover rights. Such claims are very problematic. It is also problematic to not respond to valid concerns raised on your talk page. It's hard to collaborate with people who won't reply. I have removed those icons as an administrator action. --Rschen7754 02:20, 5 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I have replace I-296 by I-269 and M-28 by PR-53. Link Osorio  15:31, 5 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
