Biography

Tir grew up in Gregminster under the tutelage of his father General Teo McDohl, under the prominent McDohl name. He was cared for by Gremio most of the time, as his father was commonly off fighting for the Empire during his childhood. Additionally, he was cared for by [Cleo] and [Pahn], who were treated and treated him like family, though in reality they were servants of Teo. Also, he was the best friend of [Ted] who was thought to be a war orphan and adopted by Teo.

At age sixteen, he was inducted into the Gregminster Military, where he led a unit under the command of Commander Kraze, to complete small or otherwise simple missions.

Weapon

Tir was taught how to use a staff by his mentor, Kai.

  • Wolf Fang Staff (Level 1-5)
  • Dragon Fang Staff (Level 6-11)
  • Heaven Fang Staff (Level 12-16)

Trivia

  • Tir is not his canonical name in the games, but the name given to him in the novelizations. It is generally used in fanon in order to disambiguate the character from the other nameless protagonists in the series.
  • In the novelizations, parts of it hinted to Tir becoming cynical as he grew older, becoming dark, brooding, and willing to sacrifice anything to achieve an end. Though it is not confirmed as a whole, it can be theorized that his bearing of the weight of the cursed rune has long since affected his mind, turning him into a 'true' bearer of the rune.
