Raqesh Vashisth (born Rakesh Bapat) is an Indian actor.
He was the runner up in the 1999 Grasim Mr India contest, and first runners-up at the Mr Intercontinental.[1] He was in television commercials for Colgate and Wrigley's gum..[1]
He appeared in the movie Tum Bin in 2001, which was part of a "not so successful" Bollywood career. [1]
He made his television debut in the serial, Saat Phere. He played Aditya in Maryada: Lekin Kab Tak?. He also played the role of Rohan Mishra in Hongey Judaa Na Hum. Raqesh Vashisth replaced Karan Singh Grover in Qubool Hai in January 2014 till the character was terminated in April 2014. Vashishth was not well accepted by the audience of Qubool Hai.[2]
