I've raised the issues of Ana Xsosta (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log)'s edits at WP:ANI#User:Ana Xsosta: uncommunicative and competence issues. I notice you had dropped several messages on their talk page, which is why I am notifying you. NiciVampireHeart 15:03, 9 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, I'll add to my watchlist. --VeryCrocker (talk) 15:05, 9 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

User: Berndorf Band

Hello VeryCrocker,

thank you for your message. I understand that this external link may be problematic as it might seem like advertising.

It was thought more as an reference, as Berndorf Band and Sandvik are producers of steel belts and therefore could be mentioned as sources. Nevertheless, I don't want to argue about deleting the external link, but would it be ok, if we work on the article (the information given is not the most recent, regarding technical possibilities) and offer references (from different steel belt specialists, so not only one is mentioned)?

In general it is not necessary to mention any webpage, but we would like to verify the article, as we are specialists on this topic.

Thank you in advance for some answers or hints (we did not work on Wikipedia so far and are thankful for help),

Thanks for help

Hello again,

thank you for your answer and help. We already sent a request to change username and I will work myself through all the links you mentioned.

Greetings, BBGSHE2014 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Berndorf Band (talkcontribs) 07:48, 9 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I have unreviewed a page you curated

Hi, I'm Swpb. I wanted to let you know that I saw the page you reviewed, Scary House, and have un-reviewed it again. If you have any questions, please ask them on my talk page. Thank you. Swpbtalk 22:09, 3 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

@Swpb: Ok. Why did you? VeryCrocker (talk) 22:21, 3 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Because I feel the article falls squarely within CSD A7: there is no assertion that this yet-to-be-made film meets notability criteria. I've tagged it for speedy deletion as such. Your PROD tag was removed by the author. It was generous of you to give it a PROD when it meets a speedy deletion criterion. Swpbtalk 22:26, 3 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
@Swpb: A7 doesn't apply to creative works, films included. It's possible you could tag it as a hoax (per G3), which I considered before proposing it for deletion, but a G3 deletion would rest on whether the reviewing admin considered it "blatant". VeryCrocker (talk) 22:38, 3 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, well how do you like that? My bad. Certainly seems like it should apply. Swpbtalk 22:55, 3 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

About Call of the wild

I felt it was unnessacary to list it's on screen adaptations when there were already links in the box. — Preceding unsigned comment added by MayorOfIacon (talkcontribs) 12:04, 7 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

@MayorOfIacon: It's fairly standard practice to have a section on notable adaptations of a novel (see Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Novels#Adaptations). In general, infoboxes are supplements to articles, not substitutes; if information is present in the infobox, it does not mean it can't re-occur in the body of the article. I've created all of the informations in English, but it will be conclude in the next days...... I would like to know, how can this page be not deleted again, we had a problem years ago with an older assistant, and the page was deleted, but is not good, so, Im open for any advises... Thank you

@Alencar.rossoni: Now that the page is in English, and providing the subject satisfies Wikipedia's general notability guideline (see WP:GNG), there shouldn't be an issue in the near future. However, it is the case that articles should conform to Wikipedia's content rules; in particular, articles should be written from a neutral point of view, should contain only information that is verifiable, and should not contain original research. I'll leave a welcome template on your talk page, which should act as a guide on how to edit properly. Cheers, VeryCrocker (talk) 13:27, 15 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you VeryCrocker

Best Regards

Dear VeryCrocker

I have one really important question. I don't know how this (TEMPLATE: Palencsár Miklós) was created, and now, they say that they deleted this page.... how can this page disappear? from the Wikipedia? and from the Web?

Best Regards

Alencar Rossoni — Preceding unsigned comment added by Alencar.rossoni (talkcontribs) 14:42, 15 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

@Alencar.rossoni: Template:Palencsár Miklós was deleted because you removed all content from it (blanked it). As a rule, if the author of a page blanks it, it's treated as a request for deletion and can then be deleted by any Wikipedia administrator (a more precise statement of this can be found here). So, if you've created a page and want it to be kept, it's a good idea not to remove its content. --VeryCrocker (talk) 14:58, 15 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
