The Toy Soldiers The Toy Soldiers is an American feature film distributed by Mance Media. This coming-of-age drama was written and directed by Erik Peter Carlson and stars Najarra Townsend, Constance Brenneman, Nick Frangione, and Chandler Rylko. Five coming-of-age stories unravel together on the final evening that local hangout, The Soldiers Roller Rink, closes its doors. On a on-going night of sex, drugs, and rock "n" roll, the innocence of youth will unravel and each individuals life will be changed forever. [1]

Erik Peter was inspired to write a personal story about the real life complexities and savageries faced by teen and their families in todays world. [2]

The Toy Soldiers premiered on June 8, 2014 at the Dances With Films festival as the Closing Night Feature at the Historical Chinese Theatre. The film is expected to have a theatrical release in the United States on November 14, 2014.[3]
