This project aims to identify project coordination methods used by current WikiProject members through the use of interviews in order to develop a seamless tool for WikiProject collaboration.

Interview
- How many group members does your group have? How well do you know your group members? (For example, do you know where they come from, their occupation, their hobby, etc.)
- Can you describe the organization of your group? (Team role, including how you decided it)
- How you communicate with each other? (Do you have a routinely group meeting? What will you do if you need to talk to someone about a task? What tools are you using?)
- How many tasks have you finished in the past three months? (Can you name some of them? How do you decide which tasks should you have? Tell me the procedure how you finished a task, start from the beginning)
- Name some problem that you or your group encountered. What tools you think might help you?
- Can you tell me about a WikiProject that you have worked on that was particularly well coordinated, in your opinion?
- Can you tell me about a WikiProject that you have worked on that was particularly unstructured and uncoordinated in your opinion?
- What collaborative features or functions do you consider to be the most important to working with a group on a project?
- What other types of online communities do you participate in? Why?
- How do you decide what tasks to undertake for a WikiProject?
- How do you typically communicate with other WikiProject members?
- Can you describe an experience with voluntary participation?
