There is a page online that lists Maine Statutes Ruled Unconstitutional, However it does not seem possible to click on anything to find out further information, so I have requested more information about this case in 1970 at the Maine law Library such as the name of the court docket case in which this ruling was made.
Laws of Maine (uncodified) Resolves 1965, ch. 90 267 A. 2d 907 Const. U.S. Amend. 14, Const. Me. Art. IV, pt. 3rd, § 13. Art. 1, § 1 U 7/24/1970 Shepard's Maine Citations Case and Statute Edition Part 2 2008
Interesting that the ruling is in 1970 and Title 13-A The Maine Business Corporation Act is dates 1971, and then is repealed in 2001 but recreated as Title 13-C in such a way that one cannot follow any changes that were made.

Leaving open the question what happened between 1876 when Articles IV part Third Section 13 & 14 were added as Amendments to the Maine Constitution. and 1971 when the Maine Business Corporation Act was ratified.

Help in researching this subject welcomed.
